2025 (Vanguard)

• Transferred from Gonzaga after the fall

• Started 16 of 24 appearances in different capacities (15 starts at DH, 1 start at 1B, 4 games at 1B off the bench, 3 PH, 1 game P in relief).

• Finished the season batting .351 with an OPS of 1.045-- both clubhouse highs. 

• Had 3 doubles, 4 home runs, 17 RBI's and 20 runs scored

• After his first career multi-hit game (2-4, RBI) at Point Loma in February, Perez's usage picked up starting in March.

• He had a personal-best eight-game hit-streak from March 19 to April 12.

• All four of his homers this season came at home.
